David Bernstein recently taught a seminar in Oklahoma City to lawyers called “Personal Injury 101“, where he lectured on pretrial discovery, pretrial motions and pleadings, and trying jury trials. On October 31, Bernstein taught legal ethics in Oklahoma City in a seminar titled, “Dirty Litigation Tactics: How to Deal with the ‘Rambo’ Litigator.” On December 12, Bernstein will speak to both lawyers and insurance adjusters in Oklahoma City regarding an insurance company’s duty on uninsured motorist claims to handle claims in good faith or be subject to punitive damages when coverage applies. The talk is titled, “Litigating the Uninsured & Underinsured Motorist Claim.”
Anyone interested in attending can register directly at the National Business Institute’s legal education website.
