Our pursuit of excellence in the practice of law can be seen in many ways. In the courtroom, Mr. Bernstein has won cases before the Oklahoma Supreme Court and has achieved many 6 figure and 7 figure verdicts and settlements (one jury verdict was for more than $9 million). Among his peers, Mr. Bernstein is recognized as an Oklahoma “Super Lawyer”, which is restricted to the top 5% of attorneys in the State of Oklahoma, receiving this award every year since this prestigious program began in 2006.

For more than two decades, Mr. Bernstein has specialized in insurance law and bad faith claims, as well as serious injuries caused by 18-wheelers, drunk drivers and defective products.

Sharing Knowledge

For over 20 years, Mr. Bernstein has volunteered his time presenting seminars throughout Oklahoma and around the country on insurance law, bad faith claims, 18-wheeler truck claims and other personal injury matters.
